Hi I'm Shanell! Originally from the DC area and a proud graduate of TC Williams High School (Remember the Titans??? With Denzel?? Yeah that school) And I can pretty much work that into any conversation.

Now calling Raleigh, NC home, I effortlessly bridge the gap between the vibrant scenes of North Carolina and the nostalgia of DC through my lens. As a mother of three, a creative soul, and a laughter enthusiast, I find joy in the simple pleasures like reruns of Friends, I Love Lucy, and the comforting hum of HGTV and The Hallmark Channel.

My photographic journey began with a desire to capture the special moments of my own children. Reliving those instances of joy, laughter, and even the occasional tear was a treasure, and I believe every family deserves to do the same.
